| Jeff Gunther joined Morlin Management, Inc. as Senior Vice President, coordinating the operations of the company’s largest client, the Los Angeles Unified School District. In this capacity, he interacts with the various executives and directors for the District in the facilities and property management of 1.3 million square feet of administrative offices in Los Angeles – including its headquarters. In addition, he provides asset management, receivership, marketing and consulting services for other major clients. |
