Morlin Management Corporation was established in 1984. The goal was to create an organization with the primary focus of providing superior property management services to commercial property owners.

Prior to founding Morlin, J. Randall Moore, President, spent the early years of his career with some of the country’s largest and most prestigious asset management companies. He learned that firms offering a full range of services often did not focus enough attention on property management services.

"Of course brokerage and leasing services are an essential part to addressing investor and property owner needs," says Moore. "But, property management is equally as important to property owners. It is a service which has become recognized as a critical factor in creating value for each property."

Moore realizes that effective property management is key to making an investment property increase in value. He decided to center Morlin's services around a specialized property management approach. The backbone of this specialized approach is to think and act like the property owner.

"Our first step in working with any new client is to hold a partnering session with the owner and/or property representative," says Randy. "We want to understand the client's needs, goals, and objectives for each individual property. This is the best way we can develop a management strategy that will satisfy and hopefully exceed the owner's expectations."

Morlin hires only the most experienced professionals in the real estate management industry to be part of the Morlin property management team. Each member of the Morlin team has substantial experience in his or her related field and has chosen property management as their career focus. Another important aspect to Morlin's specialized management approach is that Moore personally monitors every property through frequent visits.
