Established in 1984, Morlin’s mission is to provide commercial property owners superior property management services.  Morlin combines essential brokerage and leasing services with expert property management.  Our goal is to become the largest independent commercial property management firm in California.

Morlin is a true third party property management company, not a subsidiary of a brokerage firm.  As such, we focus on the needs of the property owner and only lease the properties we manage.  With this owner based philosophy, Morlin has garnered expertise in property/facility management, select leasing services, construction supervision, and financial reporting.

We use a personalized property management strategy in order to maximize the value of investment properties.  Morlin’s personalized approach begins with an initial partnering session with the owner and/or property representative, to understand the client's needs, goals, and objectives for each individual property.  Then, Morlin’s experienced professionals implement a customized management strategy.  All of our Portfolio Managers are either CPM’s® or RPA’s® or candidates for either or both designations.  Furthermore, Morlin principals personally monitor every property through frequent visits paying careful attention to details in order to anticipate and resolve potential problems.
