Established in 1984, Morlin’s mission is to provide commercial property owners superior property management services.  Morlin combines essential brokerage and leasing services with expert property management.  Our goal is to become the largest independent commercial property management firm in California.

Morlin is a true third party property management company, not a subsidiary of a brokerage firm.  As such, we focus on the needs of the property owner and only lease the properties we manage.  With this owner based philosophy, Morlin has garnered expertise in property/facility management, select leasing services, construction supervision, and financial reporting.
 
The Institute of Real Estate Management recognized Morlin as an industry leader when it designated Morlin as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®), a designation awarded to only 3% of the property management firms in the U.S.
